When I go to my print my tickets why are they not there?

If you do not see a printable electronic ticket when you go to access them on your Tixr profile, the ticket is most likely a different type of ticket delivery. 

First, we recommend checking your email confirmation, which will state how you will be receiving your tickets. 

Secondly, you can log into your Tixr profile, select My Events, hover over the event card and click Manage Order. This will display your order details and ticket delivery type. 









E-ticket: Electronic delivery. You should have received your tickets via email and they will also be available in your Tixr profile.
Will Call: You will have to collect your tickets upon arrival on premise at the event organizer's will call booth. Make sure to bring a photo ID along with the credit card you purchased your tickets with.
Shipping: Tickets will be shipped directly to the address you put on file upon purchase. To locate the address associated with your order click here.
No Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically by a third party. Make sure you have the correct email address on file!
