I see a duplicate charge from Tixr on my credit card statement, but I only received one confirmation email. Why did you charge me twice?

A duplicate charge may appear as ‘Processing’ on your credit card statement in instances when an error occurred while you were entering your credit card information. If you only received one confirmation email and the charge is listed as ‘Processing’, then the charge will be dropped from your statement within 2 business days.
