You probably used a different email address to purchase tickets with. Try another email and/or logging in again with Facebook.

If you can't remember the email address you used, please fill out a form by clicking here, with the following information:
-Name on your account
-Last 4 digits of the credit card you used on the order

Make sure to specify the event you purchased tickets to and the email address you’d like your tickets to be sent to.
